UCN Linkages is a reoccurring economic development conference that brings together industry leaders, economic development organizations, academia, and more, to Northern Manitoba. Linkages is focused on initiating creative, critical thinking and collaborative conversations about northern economic development and the future. UCN hosts two conferences annually; one in The Pas, and one in Thompson.
